Experience the Kempten Running Sports Day (LST Super Sunday) on May 4, 2025! A sporty Sunday full of action and community awaits you in Kempten. Whether you're a recreational runner or an ambitious athlete, there's something for everyone. The BSG-Allgäu10000 offers a 10 km course for participants born in 2013 and earlier, while the PRÄG 5000 provides a 5 km course for those born in 2015 and older. Additionally, there is the Sparkasse Allgäu KidsRun with distances of approximately 800m and 1,500m for the youngest participants.
